Today Metastorm announced its financial results for its fiscal year ending December 31, 2008. This past year Metastorm posted record revenues and a record number of new customers for the year with a 29 percent growth in total revenues year-over-year and 181 new customers. Of those 181 new customers, 51 were added in Q4.

During this past year, Metastorm also received a number of awards and industry recognition including:

• Being positioned in the Leader quadrant of the “Gartner Magic Quadrant for Business Process Analysis Tools,” published by Gartner, Inc.
• Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Program for strong growth
• ACG Deal of the Year award for the acquisition of Proforma Corporation

BPM, EA and BPA products remain in strong demand, despite the general economic downturn and our product portfolio has really been able to address the needs of companies looking to drive efficiency and cut costs to survive the down economy.
