In Ovum’s report, “Decision Matrix: Selecting a Business Process Management Vendor (Competitor Focus),” Metastorm is placed in the elite, “shortlist” category – “the vanguard of the BPM market” – because it “combine[s] excellence in core technologies with a clear articulated approach to BPM.”

Metastorm also receives accolades for its user satisfaction rating. The report states that “the best indicator” of Metastorm’s success “is its excellent performance in the end-user sentiment survey.
