Today, Metastorm announced the release of Metastorm Integration Manager for Linux System Z (zLinux).
A software application for complex system-to-system integration, process management, and managed file transfer (MFT), Metastorm Integration Manager runs on over 20 different operating systems, including mainframes, and tightly integrates with Metastorm’s human-centric BPM Suite.
Because Linux deployed on the mainframe is quickly becoming recognized as an effective approach for legacy modernization and server consolidation, Metastorm Integration Manager will allow customers to continue operating critical applications on proven enterprise-class platforms while enhancing and extending the business processes that surround them.
