Improvement is synonymous with New Year’s resolution season, and since we are continually striving to improve this very blog site, Because Process Matters, we have decided to set a resolution for ourselves:

We resolve to make this site more interesting, dynamic and useful than ever before.

Our first major improvement begins Thursday with a post from Francois Potgieter, Business Unit Manager of Bytes Technology Group. Going forward we will feature guest posts from both internal and external experts to provide greater insight into all things process.

We really look forward to expanding our collection of voices to create more variety and perspective, and to continually engage our community with exciting and useful content.
